Our ApproachHere at the ROC, we believe that everyone has value, talent, skills, and potential. We also believe that those gifts are best realized in Christ centered community. By building mentoring relationships with those we serve, we are able to provide accountability, friendship, discipleship, and financial assistance; while sharing in the joy of seeing others find freedom in Christ.

Our Story
In the Spring of 2011, the idea of a new kind of Christian Center, designed to address the needs of socially disadvantaged people, was brought forward.
The vision was to create a place where several like-minded Christian ministries would work together, share expenses, and create a community of caring and sharing.
As the needs of the community have grown, the ROC has transitioned to being a hands on ministry rather than a place, striving to provide a Christ centered approach to meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the socially disadvantaged.

Meet the Team
At the ROC, we rely heavily on volunteer support to keep our ministries staffed. We love to see our community mobilized and using their gifts to serve and make an impact. In addition to our volunteers, we have a board of directors that is actively involved in the day to day operations of the ROC. Meet our Executive Director below!
Pastor Dale DePeel
Executive Director
Dale has 43 years of experience in ministry. He has a passion for helping people understand their full potential and the purposes that God has for their lives. Dale is committed to reaching the least, the lost, and the lonely for Christ.
